Birth Certificate/copy

Hi, I am unable to find my daughters full original birth certificate since a house move but have an original small copy. I need to produce the full original as apparently the small one is not adequate. She is under 18 and needs to prove I am her mother with my name on it. The trouble is it wouldn't be any good as I was divorced when I married her father so had my ex husbands name and I have now remarried again so there is no connection with our surnames. Help, what can I do please.

Theres not a chance in hell you will obtain the full original birth certificate because if do obtain the original and destroy it you then destroy the legal fiction/strawman.When you do get a copy you should read it very carefully as it will say the following-This document not to be used as any form of ID,crown copyright.That means cant be used as evidence of ID and also means the crown have total ownership of your daughters name,in short your daughter hasn't got a name just like myself,whenever I get asked by the police for my name I simply tell them I don't have one as the crown have copyright of this name.Some people who are quite savy about the law take there birth cert.to court with them and place this piece of paper in the dock and present themselves as the names agent.One guy on youtube even got his council tax wiped out using this method.

Yes Mamyalynne,the same applies to your car,have a quick look at your V5/logbook it clearly states-THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT PROOF OF OWNERSHIP I always ask people who don't believe this to produce a legal document showing they are the legal owner,maybe you can.

lol you can get a certified copy of the original entry in the birth register, the original full copy certificate is the one you paid for when she was born but have now lost.

The cost will be £9.50 and it tales 7-10 days but if you can get into the office where you originally registered her you can get a copy then and there, also, the reference you need is shown on the short copy certificate that was free at the time of registration.

With respect Sharingan,i dont give advice on legal matters only lawful matters,legal is to do with acts of parliament(statues)lawful is to do with common law with has slowly been eroded from the courts since the 1960s.This subject is very strange but their are plenty of court cases where people have used their birth cert.in court with success,one person is Ray St Clair.Yes DJHawkes you can obtain a copy but never the original,that is housed in GRO.Sharingan,what was my other allegedly incorrect advice.Peace
