Why are there 2 different adverts for this? one before 9 o'clock shows the blokes with their hands on their mouths pretending to kiss and one after 9 has them actually kissing on lips. Why? We have seen gay people kiss on most soaps before 9 by now.
Showing gay kissing in the context of a soap can be justified by context and dramatic development, advertising is used purely to sell a product, and could therefore be accused of corrupting minors.
I'm not justifying either perspective, simply laying out the approach, and the law, as it stands.
