Ford focus washer problem

The windscreen washers do not work but the rear ones do. I have changed the pump but still do not work. The pump does not make a noise when the stalk is pressed. Any ideas

Swop the pipes over on the pumps, then use the switch to the rear position will make the front jets work. Assuming you want to see forwards that is lol

I have the same problem and did this to get it thro the MOT but would like to fix it properly. Did you find the cause of the problem?
