That's racing, Elvis ! Once went three days at Galway without getting a single one in the frame, never mind a winner, adjourned for the evening to the local dog track and got a straight five winners,some at very good prices, despite not knowing a thing about dog racing. Had 4 winners at Ascot on Wednesday, including the big handicap ( e/w returned £108 for £2 e/w) and only the one on Thursday, but at least the losers were in the frame! Didn't go on Tuesday, nor going today.Still think of Saturday as the Ascot Heath meeting, whatever Ascot thinks!

Talking about dogs. I went to Bristol dog track on a monday afternoon and, incredibly, had 9 out of 10 winners.
It was weird. I'd pick one dog and change my bet to the winning dog as I was handing the stake to the bookie.
