If this is a 'trick' question the answer is �199.99 becuase (19900-99)p = 19801p = 140.7 * 2 = 281.4 and 200 is less than 281!

Otherwise it's �100.98 because �100.99 = (10000 - 99)p = 9901 = 99.5sq.rt * 2=199. You then deduct another penny making it 98p because it has to be less than twice the square)
