Well, how strange life is!!! We have just had a fantastic offer from the lovely lady with the hill farm we had looked at a while back. So back up to Wales yesterday. We are now hopefully moving there on July 5th and will not only have the main house but also a 3 bedroom chalet we can use for our visitors / therapy centre / workshop for Carakeel and a fantastic separate workshop for myself. This place is far more accessible that the other, it is just off the main road and only 3 miles from town. The scenery is far far nicer and the view from the front of the house down the Wye Valley is stunning. So yes, a very last change in plans but so worth while. Carakeel will now get her quad as it is a "Hill Farm" and there are plenty of hills.

We wont be doing holiday lets as such, the cabin will be used for the animal therapy we hope but we are certainly hoping that we will be able to have some friends come and stay and most certainly some of the AB crew will nudge their way in somewhere I'm sure lol
