Can I easily access the Pencil coils or will i need to take it In do you Know. I bet if i could get to them i could blow any water out

I was only suggesting that water around the plugs could be the reason for misfiring, but if you want to check it's not too hard to do.

I have a 2002 1.8 Laguna Sports Tourer, on mine you take off the engine cover by uncliping it, lift at the front then pull towards you, don,t loose the clips, they sometimes fall off, this will expose the four pencil coils, they are each held down by 1 10mm bolt, undo then carefully lift off the coil, this will expose the plug.
