Funny - but probably a hoax as is most stuff on Ebay. Anyways dont you have to keep it at a certain temperature for it to be fertile and usable?

Nothing illegal in it but I imagine ebay will pull it. Not sure they'd get many takers, they sound like a pair of vindictive maniacs.
From the website of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority:
"Fresh sperm donation is not covered under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990".

So, yes, it seems to be legal. (Personally, I'm completely happy that anyone should be able to sell their sperm to whoever they like, at whatever price they like and for whatever reason they, or the recipient, like. From a scientific viewpoint, however, I'm fairly certain that, without properly controlled storage conditions, the sperm will not be 'viable').
