Well that was a long appointment.

Apparently he thinks I may have a Personality Disorder with underlying depression. Another hour out of my day I won't get back

Quite right dizzy, thats another hour that you won't get back, so forget about it and concentrate on what you are going to do with the other 23 hours that are all yours :-D

I was told that I had a borderline personality disorder - is your diagnosis better than mine? :-)

I am supposed to see my psychiatrist every other months but they moved office an I appear to have vanished from the appointment rota. It is never a very productive visit. I am just going to lay low for a while.

Hope you feel a little better soon - you know that the road back to sanity is steep, full of pot holes and very long.
