Baby's Constipation

My friend is here at my home and has asked me could any of you refer her little granddaughter a bit of relief from constipation. She is 15 months old (she is shouting up) a natural remedy please. Thanks

Grape Juice, cut down on the meat. Water rather than fruit juice and porridge for breakfast might help. Hope your friend sorts it out. x

Are you sure it is constipation. One of my children had problems due to an anal fissure, which was only discovered when I took her to the doctor. It was what was making her in such pain when she tried to go.

extra fluids, then health visitor for advice .

On occasion in the past I used cooled boiled water with a little sugar and that worked for my daughter.

Agree with the sugar and water, might not be popular but it worked for mine. Weetabix too.
