No, Chicken Little is a small chicken who wears glasses. Its based on the story that Chicken Little looks into a well or something and thinks the sky is falling in (reflection of it in the water).

Chicken Little is a new computer animated film based on the old fable where Chicken mistakenly thought an falling acorn was part of the sky falling in. In this film the sky is really falling in and Chicken Little and his friends try to save the world but without telling other people so as not to panic them!

Its a fantastically funny film and I would highly recommend it.

I think Chicken Licken and Chicken Little are the same story - don't know how they came to have different names - but Stuart Little is unrelated.
