Good night x put something warm under your ear. Wrapped hot water bottle or a cat might help x

Kate your sore ears seem to be going on for quite some time - go back to doctors and tell them to give you better/stronger eardrops.

I had very sore ears once and doctor gave me eardrops - didn't work at all - went back to her and she gave me such a tiny bottle I think it may have held 10 drops - ears went back to normal.
