step kids access
l have 2 step kids who l adore we havent seen them as the kids mother does not want my boyfriend having any access what so ever, she has no reason for stopping access!! With birthdays coming and going and xmas just passed the unopened presents still remain, and its heart breaking the oldest is 7 years of age. We are going through courts its been almost a year does anyone think they will take her opion into consideration

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Hi,have posted on your other question,my partner informed me as I was telling him about this that when he was thinking about going through the courts before, his solicitor told him that a court of law will only be interested in whats best for the children, and will interview the children to see what they want and how they feel, so i would guess that they will take all of the childrens opinions into consideration especially the seven year olds as she is old enough to understand what she is talking about.The only worry you have is that the mother has brainwashed them or poisoned them against you which is all too common,hopefully not though.My mother tried that trick with me when she and my father divorced and i saw straight through it as do many kids!
