Boring horrible places.

How is he feeling?
Looking good, then if he's being discharged. Best wishes to all of you xx
good to hear he is getting discharged, I hate hospitals though!
Will be great to get him back home, hope all goes well. xxx
Discharged! So good to hear....it can take hours though. Getting the meds from the pharmacy to the patient is a long long long process....Much love. Gx
glad hes able to come home, hope its not too stressfull for you x
Wow! That sounds a bit quick after some of your recent posts.

I'm sue it's going to be tough but I'm equally sure sure having him home will be easier
ECx
At least he is coming home, good news.

Been here since four. He seems a bit grumpy, something which will not be improved by having me drive him home (it will be torture for both of us). I think it's too soon to be coming home too.
sherr leased to hear he is coming home but it does seem to be rather quick. when i was discharged last year i was very groggy but still thought that one more day (even in treliske) would have helped a lot.

good luck with everything.
Sherr , so pleased he is coming home...take it easy ...well as easy as you can xx
That is such good news Sher - far better off to be in his own bed, being looked after by you. Don't worry, after something like he had, they wouldn't have let him come home if they weren't pleased with his progress. Thinking of you x
It's often to reduce the risk of an infection, Sherr....Will be hard for you especially with the children getting excited but coming home from hospital and also thinking of the ...what ifs...is strange for him too......
Everyone can be a bit on edge but it will pass...x
much better out of hospital, they are noisy, germ filled places.
Great news for him, I am really glad, but I know the pressure will be more on you, keep strong. xx
Congrats, to you and your family, nurse sherr is now on the case, good luck with the grumpy, always remember it you get worried always ring out of hours surgery, sure you wont need it, but I know what it can be like beeing put in a situation you have never dealt with before on your own, there is always someone to get advice from, thinking of you all and your brood, I hope the little ones are helping you ease the strain, I don't know there ages,

Got him home although I don't think it was the best idea for him to be driven in an upright position for nearly two hours after 'major brain surgery'. He's in bed and fast asleep. Has to have medication every four hours for the next fortnight which is going to be a bit of a chore and I have told him I will nag him if he even thinks of trying to do anything.

Josephine, he's not really grumpy, just wanted to get home (the kids are 13, 9, 7 and two 5 year olds and they were really well behaved).
