Peugeot 308 Reverse Light Problem

The reversing light on my 308 has stopped working. Replacing the bulb has not solved the problem. Can anyone suggest where the problem might be.

Fuse? probably shares one with something else anything else not working?

Bad earth connection to the body work?

or switch on the gearbox

could be a break in the wiring but chance are against it.

Try to find where the earth connection is and clean it if it looks rusty but otherwise it's probably the switch on he gearbox
