Tracing someone...

Hi!

My nan has asked me if I can help her find out if someone she used to know is still 'around'. I found a site a little while ago where I found someone of the same name who had passed away, but wasn't sure how to go about finding out whether it was the same lady my nan once knew.

Does anyone have any ideas?
