Island Hopping in Croatia
I am interested in island hopping in Croatia. I want to start in Split, spend 1 night on Hvar, 1 night on Korcula, 1 night on Mljet and finish in Dubrovnik
Are there any organised tours that do this? or would I be able to do this trip myself, would I have to book the ferries in advance or can I just jump on a ferry when I feel like it?

I would be most surprised if you cannot turn up and get on any ferry as a foot passenger - it's a bit like crossing the English Channel - the cars and trucks are the constraining factor is determining what can get loaded on the ferries. I have personally done this on the Split-Hvar run with no difficulties - the other legs should be similar.
