Very Warm Night !

Actually, it was a very, very, warm night. Fan no use whatsoever. Its going to be worse tonight apparently so I am going to sleep on a camp bed in the garage. There are mice but at least they will be cool mice.

I've kept my bedroom window shut through all this heat because i'm scared of spiders creeping in, but last night i threw caution to wind, and i slept much better really after a slight breeze came in!
I have them wide open through the day and silly me , as they could have crept in then!!! lol

puss: silly you indeed! you should keep the windows CLOSED during the day (the hottest time) and only open them when the outside temperature falls, in the evening.

OH and I took airbeds and sleeping bags into the garden and slept outside for a couple of nights recently. It was lovely. Apart from being woken up by the birds at 4.30 and being soaked with dew, that is. Probably won't do it tonight if there are thunderstorms, though
