Hi there i've been a mug for to long believing if I don't chase for maintenance then I have nothing to thank my ex for..
Only now it's affecting my sons quality of life I can't afford to give much to him, he has a job plus he's in education he wants to learn to drive etc etc... he has asked his father only for him to say sorry son i'm broke, he drives a porsche has a motorbike and v.w camper
can we claim for csa now???

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If he is 18 left school and gone motto further education then I think it's too late for cad..we paid till his son had left school and as soon as he went into uni then we did not have to any more. Does he get grant or anything that requires parental contribution ? Perhaps he could be pursued down that line ? You need to consult family lawyer if you are serious. Have you tried to appeal to his better nature...if he has one that is
