Just been hearing about this on radio news and I wonder if it's time to introduce a 'Trip Advisor' system for hospital wards and clinics. The comments should be revealing.

I've worked in NHS community clinics which we ran efficiently! One OPD in the local hospital is dreadful, patients expected to sit for ages in a stuffy corridor before eventually being seen. I've complained about the mis-management of this clinic several times but it never improves, none of the staff seem to care particularly the clinic manager.
i'm really not sure how useful it would be - although you can in theory chose to have your treatment in any (english) hospital, most people cannot (practically) chose anything other than their local hospital. I think a trip advisor style thing would just worry people who have no other choice than to go to their local
