playing downloaded videos on pc from mobile phone

I've got myself a bluetooth connector with software which i've installed on my pc , got as far as transfering my videoclips from my mobile to the pc , but when i try to play them i keep getting error messages , i'm using real player but have also tried windows media player and quicktime but still the error messages keep coming up.

So at the moment i'm stuck unable to play them , anyone got any ideas what it could be ?
