A Really, Really Old Song!

I'm trying to find the name of a really ancient song from possibly the first world war (!). It's about a Captain in the army-unbeknown to him, his son lies about his age to fight for his country and gets fatally wounded. The captain has to go and see him and realises it's his son. It's a proper tearjerker as you can imagine! Any ideas anyone?
