OH had this, GP prescribed a cream, cant recall the name now.

My bro-in-law has it at the moment, his infected nerve an upper chest one that goes down his right arm.

They have him on a steroid, anti-bacterial cream and a mixture of paracetemol and ibuprofen for pain management.
