illegal copied software

hi i am a south african living in china. i have mailed some fake copied software to my family in south africa like copied vcd ,and software. however all work well on my pc in china. when it arrives in sa some work and some don't. is it because they have the english version of windows or is it because my windows is a fake and copy as well?

if you have a chinese version of windows and your family has the english version there will be some clashes, and therefore some software wont be compatible - and if the software is fake it is really difficult to advise you on how it operates as it could be faulty.
