The Torkelsons/ Almost Home

Hello, Does anyone remember this program? It was about a single mother raising her 5 kids and the eldest was a 14 year old girl called Dorothy-Jane. It started in 1991 and in 1993 it was changed to 'Almost Home' and 2 of the characters were dropped and Brittany Murphy was cast in it! I used to love watching this program and wanted to get it on video or dvd but I have searched the net high and low and cannot find anything that can help me. Does anyone have any ideas? Many Thanks

I've never heard of it, but imdb seems to me to suggest it is an American series.

Going through a list of shows currently available in the states, it doesn't appear to be released.

Keep an eye on Amazon US, as it may well be released in the States before it is relesed here.

I have looked through IMDB and found the link you suggested but its only to vote for the series to be on dvd but its quite old and doesn't seem to be active anymore. Thanks though.

i have also been looking for it for a while on dvd....but i don`t think it`s out...theres several websites that you can say that you would like to see it on dvd, but theres never a guarantee that they will (ofcourse), but it would be good to put the bug in peoples ear
