Numb Fingertips

Morning all.I woke up in the middle of the night for a drink and noticed that the fingertips on my left hand were numb. Not 100% numb but more like when you get a bit of a dead leg - that sort of feeling. Well they still feel the same - its just a really weird sensation. Any reason to worry, or just "one of those things"?
