Juiceboosted. scam?
7 Answers
A few people have tried to post links for this service on AB. This is now being plugged on my local radio station. Anybody know any more details about how this is supposed to work. It sounds to good to be true so it has to be a scam. My money is on collecting information for a mass marketing company?

I have checked the London address of the company and it's a postbox address.
I have checked the domain registration and it's registered to the London post box address.
The 0870 number is answered by voicemail only.
So far I haven't found anything that confirms it's a scam. Although a legitimate company would surely offer some form of human contact. Then again the phone would be ringing off the hook.
Guess we'll all just have to live with it until we find out more. If it's true it'll be the next big money maker on the internet. It not then it'll be the biggest scam yet!
We think so too, or worse - possible fraud given the request for bank details (on a
non-secure page, no less!).

BEWARE.....Free-Juice.com is a SCAM
This Juiceboosted deal is being called a massive planned terrorist attack according to terrorist expert, fArt Howe on scam.com.
A massive trojan rubber will be released October 1st and will stretch far and wide. The whole internet along with all the worlds banks will be juiced to undermine President Bush re-election.
This is serious threat given 80 million people will be duped into deep throating this trojan rubber that is claimed to provide blazing high speed internet connections for FREE?
BEWARE........Free-Juice.com is a SCAM
and paranoid behavior is running wild as October 1st nears.
JOKE.......JOKE.......JOKE......JOKE
Re. the post above, the consenus of the
www.scam.com Juiceboosted Scam Alert
thread posters is that the likeliest motive
is indeed data collection, or, at worst,
possible fraud. Juiceboosted collect e-mail
and physical addresses plus bank details,
operate from a mailing address, have
unmanned phones and refuse to answer any
hard questions about funding or payouts in
e-mails. Their product is not technologically
viable, and we can find no evidence of their
incorporation, although they claim to be a
UK company. Further, they are in copyright
infringement with a company whose Web site design they stole and who requested their
host shut them down as a result.
Please have nothing to do with them as we
are convinced that you will only lose as a
result. Many affiliates are wasting good
money promoting them and we would like
to see this stopped ASAP. To this end we
have alerted various authorities and invite
other concerned parties to do the same.
Please visit: www.scam.com and follow the
Juiceboosted Scam Alert thread, in particular
page 97, posts 968-969, where we list 22
reasons against Juiceboosted, 0 in its favour,
and give details of various authorities for
people to contact to get them shut down.
