How Can This Be Expanded Upon
1 Answers
Explain how their behaviour has an effect on the behaviour of others?
The way I behave can have an affect on the behaviour of others around me. Not just the person the behaviour is aimed towards but a much wider range of people. If I am cheerful and friendly it can have an impact on those around me whether it be customers or members of staff. Staff members will see this as a positive thing and possibly lead by example. Customers will see this as a approachable assistant and will be comfortable asking me for assistance. If I am negative for example I am angry rude or dismissive and people can see I am in a bad mood this will impact greatly on their behaviour towards me. For example it could make them shop elsewhere and could possibly damage the shops reputation. It is not always possible to tell how someone will react given we are all different. Their will however be somewhat of a reaction because of my behaviour.
