Further to my last question my husband still cannot find out how to turn on the clicking sounds when typing and playing games.
We checked sounds were turned on checked the button on the side. Just looked at a YouTube clip but couldn't hear anything so there must be something to do with speakers, but I cannot find anything that mentions speakers. I am sorry I know I am dumb.
Can you please help.

Daft question but you didn't answer on the other thread. Is the volume control on the side turned all the way down. If you press it you should get an on screen display of how loud the volume is set to.
