skewer them marinade with olive oil, a little white wine fennel and mint
grill as kebabs with cherry tomatoes and peppers
serve with pitta bread and salad
I hardly ever use recipes, as I prefer to just 'make it up as I go along'. However Johnnie Mountain's sauce recipe, on the BBC website, looks remarkably similar to what I'd throw into it anyway:

i like to have them in pitta's with salad and tzatziki (very garlickly), make a tom sauce and have them with spag, or onion gravy and have with mash :-)
I quite often do meatballs in a variety of sauces - the favourite being goulash sauce...basically, a tomato sauce with peppers, paprika and caraway seeds....
