Does anyone know what type of dance is featured in the new Nokia ad with Moby soundtrack.. is it the Hindu festival of colour?

The ad features a clip taken from a song of the the Indian Movie WAQT. The leads in the song (Lets Play Holi) which shows the Hindu festival of Holi are Akshay Akshay Kumar with Priyanka Chopra.
