My Fiesta is struggling to start in the mornings sometimes, is this because I have no antifreexe in the radiator water. If I put antifreeze into it will this help it start.

it might, but i doubt it,if the car is old then its just the weather, the cold gets to the engine and battery and makes it sluggish to start.

Unlikely.

The antifreeze is there to stop the water in the engine from freezing and splitting the engine although there are things called core plugs that should fail first it's still going to end up with a very expensive repair so I'd get some anti-freeze in.

In cold weather the oil becomes thicker which makes it harder to turn over the engine and the battery doesn't work so well. That's why old batteries tend to give up the ghost in winter.

If the engine is turning over slowly the chances are it's time for a new battery

anti freeze just stops the water from freezing. It does not directly help the engine to start better.

A good tip - Start the car with the clutch pedal down - less wear and less power needed to start the car.

anti freeze does two jobs. obviously it prevents the water in the engine freezing, but it also prevents corrosion inside the engine. most modern engines require anti freeze all year round.

wouldnt be a bad idea to replace the spark plugs and battery at the same time.

First...... this question should be in the motoring section....

I am not being nasty but from your question it is obvious that you do not know about car engines. I would suggest you visit your garage and let them repair it, it should be an easy and not too costly job.

Anti-Freeze does prevent corrosion and any water freezing, but i would seriously suggest you re-new your battery chances are that it's dead..
