Miss him terribly Emmie, have his ashes my the side of my bed but on the whole am going upwards. The children(all grown up) and grandchildren are absolutely wonderful (I know I am one of the lucky ones) . Have managed to put on 1/2 stone in weight- another 1 and a 1/2 to go. All in all I think I am doing o'k.

sorry to not get back before, one step at a time, i am still not there myself and my o/h passed away so time ago. Good to have family who care, it helps.
