dunno but i watched it last night and it's a bit of a half-hearted attempt IMHO (am i allowed to start a debate on it?) - no caning, no real punishment, teachers who don't shout, this school is cushier than my 1970's Comprehensive hell-hole
I agree darth, they were talking as if all this was long in the past but pretty much every thing that happened went on at my school in th late 70's. Just goes to show how much kids get away with at school these days.
what happened there? yesterday i posted a response, then noticed later in the day that it had been deleted - i guess cos it was first posting and not an answer to the question and hence had been "AB Editored" but now it's back! spooky............
[darth vader - you saw a duplicate thread with the identical question which was deleted because this thread already had more info. - AB Editor]
The other day there was a message on Ceefax from someone who recognised it as their own school, but I can't rememebr the name. But the real name is definitely not King's. I think it was somewhere in Sussex...
the whole program is rubbish, wut was all that 'no beastlyness' and 'sticky sheets' all about?! u dont just go up to pupils and say not to beat off in their rooms?!
