have just got this phone today but for the life of me i cannot get the back off to put the sim and battery in. can anyone help PLEASE.

Glad you can now do it.

However I found the answer by typing "Nokia 100 remove back cover" which you could have done just the same.

Almost ANY problem can be solved by searching for a solution in Google.
