No Printer

I've unticked some boxes to speed up startup but now my printer isn't recognised.I've gone back over what i did but can't see why this happened or is it a coincidence with some other reason,any help would be appreciated Thanks !

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Try unplugging the printer usb and temporarily re-plugging into a different usb point. You might be lucky and get the drivers installed again.
I was thinking you were using msconfig.exe. Doesn't CCleaner ask you to back up settings before you have a 'twiddle', hopefully you can go back and restore them.

Try this:-
Click on Start button and type 'msconfig.exe' (without the quotes) in the Search box. Click on the result that comes up.
When the System Configuration utility window appears go to the 'Services' tab and scroll down until you find 'Print Spooler' and put a tick in the box, click 'Apply' and 'OK', restart your pc.
You might have to re-install your drivers for the printer again, available here,
