Why Is The Box Coming Up Now

for me to sign in every time I come on here, so annoying, as sometimes I just want to see what the threads are about and not sign in ? Can I get rid of it ?

Just close it down and you can carry on looking

Or you can change your settings on your browser

Just press the x (cross) at the top of the sign in request panel. You;ll be able to get the sign in box later if you need to.

I think it is a relatively new thing to encourage first time visitors to sign up for an account. You don't have to sign in, just click on the cross in the top right hand corner.

if you stay signed in the box won't keep popping up, it depends if you keep clearing your browsing history i think

First of all, when you log in to AB there is a box you can tick to remain signed in/for AB to remember you on this computer.
If that doesn't work you can change your browser settings. Which browser do you use- IE? Chrome/ Firefox?
