I knew it had to be t or tea something, I now have seen the answer elsewhere and it is T shirt , can someone explain that to me please ?

if the ow! is not specific to the 2nd line then English breakfast, Lapson-souchon and Lady Grey are all types of TEA and ow! indicates HURT
