Still not seen it... :(

fingers crossed for tonight, i'll let my god-daughter know

thank you, wendilla
It`s too cloudy tonight (drizzling here) but just by chance I had a brilliant view last night. It went right across my house when I was out looking for shooting stars.
Hope you don't mind Wendilla?
Just in case you can't watch tonight because of the poor weather I thought I'd share this latest film of views from the space station.
It's worth a watch.

When we watch these clips and when we see it go over we cannot imagine that it is travelling at 17,000 MPH and that it orbits the earth every 90 minutes seeing a sunrise and sunset every 45mins. Solar wing span alone is 240 feet and SS alone the size of a football field. Just some info for some that may not know.
It must be such a strange yet exhillerating experience being on it and looking out. As much as I'd love to go into space I'm not sure I'd fancy it though, I get claustrophobic in a lift.
It's just gone directly over here- shame the outline can't be seen, but a good bright image anyway
