1 Funny
1 eerie?
experience had 5 letters on other thread?
It would be helpful if ou told us any letters you already have.
Hi mallymac it would be easier if you would communicate with us to help solve your clues?
Without giving too much away, the three first words spoken out loud can sound like 'Free country'.
However, I agree that some of the clues leave a lot to be desired.
Come on mallymac, are you going to thank the others?
On your other thread 3d had 5 letters and we suggested USAGE, SKILL, TRIAL EVENT,

You don't need to start a new thread if you want to add any thing- just reply to your own question. Details of known letters would definitely help.
Good luck
I'm now thinking
1a (Weird) Freak
3d (Experienced) Known
I assume 1a is WEIRD so freak is a possible, but I think eerie is a little better
Or queer.
mallymac, please clarify the number of letters in No. 3!!!
Looking at mallymac's previous posting history I am wondering whether isn't able to join in on her won threads -I recall some users have had this issue with older versions of IE
That should have said OWN threads

Looking at mallymac's previous posting history I am wondering whether isn't able to join in on her own threads -I recall some users have had this issue with older versions of IE...because the SUBMIT button doesn't appear
If we are having Forlorn for 1d, than 1a (Weird)(%) must begin with 'F'

(See also rccatnap post earlier)
Someone said on another thread that the answer to 3d is KNOWN. (Can't work out why though unless clue is actually 'experienced' perhaps.)
Factor
3d is experienceD and Known is the answer
Thanks, captain. Bit of a wild goose chase this one
