Am I the only person to switch between sites in an evening? Tonight each time I have switched have been asked to sign in. About to give up and read my book.

When you sign back in is the box ticked that says something like "keep me signed in"?
If ticking that doesn't solve it then your browser settings need to be adjusted

The easiest way is to have several tabs open at once as ummmm says and keep AB running until you log off your computer for the night.
To see if the AB 'keep me logged in' box is ticked you can og out then log back in and as you try to log in you should see the box.
How to change settings depends on what browser you use- Google chrome/Firefox/IE. Click on settings and have a look in there
