I have this weird problem with my set top box, and I am just wondering if others have experienced it. I am quite happy with the box though I no longer use the Top up TV option - I only got it so I could watch E4 (which at that time counted as a premium channel) but as E4 is free now, and lots of other channels are now available, I can't see the point in paying for what is available with TUTV.

Anyway, my problem. I'm reasonably au fait with setting up the box, setting favourites, etc, and my clock is set to the right time. However when using the TV guide, it seems to me that programmes are advertised as being on an hour later than they actually are. Now I'm aware of this, so although it's annoying, it's not really a big deal, but I'd like to know is this a problem with me and my box, or a problem with whoever is responsible for the TV listings.

Might be an idea to call Thompson and discuss your problem with a servicer.

Ta, I'll try it tomorrow.

My box is a Goodmans and I had a similar problem on Sunday, the time was showing as 13:06 when in fact it was only 12:06. I nearly had a fit when I switched the TV on and noticed the time, I thought I was late for work!

Had a similar problem at the weekend on our Thompson box, although the clock was an hour slow. The TV guide would display the programme we had just watched rather than the one we were watching. Very confusing when trying to plan your evenings viewing! All seemed to sort itself out on its own & at time of writing all is present & correct!
i did too on my Sagem Freeview box. I think the info coming through the aeriel was on a delay. sometimes happens. Its like when you freeview box displays "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE" when you are looking at the info of the programme being shown.
