Spent the same amount of time building a world in Minecraft that most people would spend learning to be fluent Spanish!
Now I don't have alot of experience in the Nether. On returning to my portal to get back into the 'real world' I notice my portal has sunk 1 layer below and the 'wibbly wibbly' bit is no longer active.
Simple; I can dig one layer down to expose the whole portal but I dont have an iron & flint in my inventory to light it again. I also dont have the ingredients to craft a new one.
Help! I dont want to exist in the Nether forever! Its worse than Diss in Norfolk!
I had to die on purpose to return to the normal world. Luckily I had enough items to make a chest so I could store my inventory before I died. I then went back into the Nether armed with an iron and flint and a pickaxe to fixe my portal.
The other option would have been to use lava if you had a bucket - or shooting an arrow through a lavaflow into the portal wall (I think! it's been some time since I played)
Hello, are you still stuck in the Nether. If so I will ask my son who also seems to be live in Minecraft World.
"Hey sorry but there's no way out now unless you use cheats which is bad."
Thats from my son. Good luck. Norfolk isn't that bad, we quite like it.
You shall need to try to build a new nether if you cant then find some sort of light source, and build a +portal which takes you to your respawning point....look online to find how you build a +portal.....(you may need a mod?)
