Does anyone know where I can get some protective gloves from? The ones that protect you from things like glass, needles etc. I've found a few but they all seem to look like you're wearing a pair of marigolds, really bulky and obvious. I was wondering if there were any available that were more subtle.

Thanks

B & Q
A glove that will protect against needle puncture wounds will have to be pretty strong so it can't be 'subtle' .Marigolds are thin you will need something a bit thicker than that to protect you.
the thinner ones won't protect you from cuts and needlestick....all they are intended to do is to put a barrier between you and potentially infectious matter.
Can I ask what you want them for?
If you're trying to avoid sharp things like glass and needles, then gardening gloves are probably your best bet. But they are very clumsy, far more so than marigolds. But they will keep your hands safe. I'd suggest asking at Homebase, B&Q, somewhere like that
get in touch with specialist glass suppliers eg. pearsons; creative glass; bohle, they all supply protective wear.
