Having split with my partner over 3 years, he is still showing up on my credit checks. He is very much in debt.

I have been told to write to the credit reference agencies and ask for a notice of 'disassociation'.

Do I just write to one agency say 'Experian' or do I have to contact them all, if I have to contact them all where can I find a list of them all.

Many thanks

While the three main agencies are meant to share such information, it would be wisest to contact all of them. Addresses and links here: http://www.ico.org.uk/for_the_public/topic_specific_guides/credit
