normally set up in around 10-14 days maximum (as little as 7 days)

Costs depend on situation - usually completion fee betwwen 1-2%

Interest of between 1.25% - 2% per month

Legal fees circa �750.00 + VAT

Some companies charge a processing fee as well.

Will also generall require a survey that you pay direct to local surveyor

Be very wary of fees especially exit fees (can be as much as 2 months)
