Bloody Spiders

been up since 3.30am,a gigantic spider in my bedroom,luckily I had a can of insect spray I keep beside me,so sprayed it but it ran under my bed,so I had to get out of there.crept in 2 hours later and it was half dead on the floor,used the hand held hoover to get it up so that is coming with me to bed at night as well.i wish I wasn't a feartie?

I had a huge spider in my bathroom the other night. I flung it out the window as I didn't want to kill it. Luckily, I'm not scared of spiders.

Nooooo!.....Lovely creatures....I watched a huge one wandering around the sitting room dragging a moth underneath it...I'll post the pictures I took if you would like, Slinky?....;-)

I hate creepy crawlies,the only one I can touch is a daddy long legs,for some reason they don't bother me.

Kramer, it sounds to me as if poor Slinky is phobic. It is absolutely impossible for someone who is phobic to explain their fears. There is a big difference between "I don't really like them" to "they bloody terrify me".

I don't mind spiders and I'd never kill one. I really have an irrational fear of caterpillars, so much so that I won't buy cabbage in the summer months.
