These people abused and neglected elderly and extremely vulnerable patients who were supposedly in their care. I would say that was fairly wild and uncivilised.
I take issue with "...the real punishment is that, they will not work in that environment ever again". That may be a bit inconvenient to them but it is an absolute godsend to anybody who may have been unfortunate enough to find themselves in their "care".

not the least of it, they worked in Whipps Cross Hospital, they should have all gone to prison for minimum of 5 years.
