Theme tune from T in the park....

Please can someone help i cant get this tune out my head have no idea who it is by and have lyrics which i am not sure is correct.... They go something like ""Babyyyyyyyy something coming overrrrrr. the moment the dream da ra da da ra etc etc ect "" as i said i am not sure that these are the words exactly or if at all.

Someone plz put me out my mysery. Its been in the charts and may still be but i can remember it from the t in the park advert on tv
