The oranges, may OR may not give you diarrhea, but they will give you Vitamin C

if its an infection that isn't going to resolve spontaneously then the oranges won't make it better or worse.

This'll be a first for me (Giving out health advice).

My Mother has been taking Iron Tablets (And they bung her up really badly). For Breakfast she has Marmalade on her Toast, and a large beaker of OJ with pulpy bits in. She has also had a couple of large Oranges. She swears by the combination.

If you've got Diarrhoea then I think you'd be better to lay off the Oranges, and just concentrate on replacing lost fluids.

I've only ever spelled it diarrhoea - the other way does look distinctly Stateside.
